Today, the artist’s work and ability to use his potential more efficiently cannot be explained by education, discipline and regular rehearsal. Research conducted in the field of Neuroscience in Performing Arts has opened a whole new page in neuroscience on creativity, artist psychology, performer and audience dynamics.
As performers, there are moments when we feel like we have no control when there is an inconsistency in our performance or a blockage in the creative process. We have a new understanding on these performance problems and burnout syndromes which are frequently seen in performers. While this work teaches the artist how to use his emotional history safely and actively, it offers a new body awareness, breathing mechanism, a wide range of emotions and sensations.
